IGN of the person your are requesting to ban: shoppa
Reasons of why this person should be banned:
If you are familiar with the minecade servers then you might know that shoppa is a major hacker. He even post hacks on his wall. I believe that to avoid any of this you should go ahead and ban shoppa
Proof: his wall: http://www.enjin.com/profile/4827439 you can see him posting hacks If ou look through his wall.
Other people who were at the time of the happening: none
Extra notes:
I recommend banning him.

That my dear sir doesn't show anything beside him hacking before, now he hasn't joined CHCraft yet as you can see here. I don't see the need to ban someone who hasn't joined yet.
